Originally from rural Virginia, Josh fell in love with Hilton Head Island while summering here every year. However, after discovering the unique real estate opportunities available on the island, he decided to call it home. A graduate of the University of Richmond, Josh Johnson was a licensed Realtor in Virginia and South Carolina while attending college. He was also a public school educator and Brand Representative for Abercrombie & Fitch, helping to plan and construct several of their area locations.
Following graduation, Josh moved to Hilton Head Island permanently and married his high school sweetheart, Christy. They now reside on the island and, in their spare time, are active in several community organizations. In addition to being a member of the Hilton Head Board of Realtors, Josh is also a Graduate of the Realtor Institute and a Seniors Real Estate Specialist. He is constantly updated on the latest sales and marketing techniques and has a major interest in applying these concepts to assist clients in all facets of island real estate.
